Ever since I became serious about sports early on freshman year of high school, I began to become serious about what I ate. I eventually discovered what I ate affected my mood, my peformance, and the results I received from the hard work I put in adapting my body to become a better machine.
As of recent, I have found through reading countless articles, many books, and talking to a few extremely educated doctors, experts, nutritionists--the best way to eat is the purest. In this case--the newest isn't necessarily the best. Folks, it is pure science, pure evolution, nothing more. Our bodies are biologically adapted to progressing and growing through fuels provided by mother earth.
I have posted a video I found on YouTube that explains in a very simple matter what I am talking about...the PALEOLITHIC way of eating. It is interesting--yet in this day and age--extremely hard to imitate fully, even through its sheer simplicity. Amazing how hard it is to find a food thee days that is unrefined or unmodified.
